1. Health and Safety Standards

Sanitation: All tools and equipment will be sanitized and disinfected according to Virginia State Board of Cosmetology standards. Single-use applicators and gloves will be used for each client to prevent cross-contamination.

2. Client Health and Pre-Appointment Requirements

Pre-Waxing Preparation: Clients should exfoliate the area to be waxed 24-48 hours before their appointment and avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and certain medications that may cause skin sensitivity.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
